They like to choose when they works so they are interested in the Gale app. They are a people person and get flustered easily with technology. When technology works, they love it; when it doesn’t, they are ready to quit.
Most Gale users are on mobile devices for regular tasks, but for the onboarding and updating process, roughly half prefer to use computers.
The user clicks on link in email or in their account and arrives at a page with a listing of documents on cards. The cards are either in the Your Documents or Needed Documents queue. The needed documents have a plus button that brings up a modal that allows the user to upload the document. Once uploaded, the document listing is moved into Your Documents with a yellow circle next to the name which lets the user know that it needs to be verified. Upon verification, the indicator will turn green. Once a document is uploaded, the plus button turns into an X button to remove the document and they’re also able to view the document.
